AGENT COACHING
The owners
help each agent to write an Annual Business Plan which helps us to
determine your personal and professional development growth path.
Each Real Estate Agent is a small business owner; therefore,
strategies are customized for business building and business
management. We want to make you more successful, make your career
more fulfilling, enable you to make the money you want to make and
having time to enjoy your success. We help you to develop systems
for production and growth. Coaching scheduled daily, weekly,
bi-weekly or monthly.
AGENT
TRAINING
All new
agents take “Create 21” an interactive basic training class; learn
how to fill out forms and basic legal issues. We have for all
agents bi-monthly business meetings, bi-monthly advanced training
classes, weekly business book club, monthly marketing teleseminar,
twice yearly review all new forms, changes and updates. Annually
personal marketing and branding seminar. Annually on site advanced
training by a national trainer.
OFFICE
We have
served the community continuously since 1972. Our agents are part
of the decision making process regarding goals, growth, contests,
awards, education, training, internship, new agents and social
events. The camaraderie of participating in these things will not
only instill enthusiasm for your career, but will expose you to new
ideas and help keep you fresh. We offer programs for savings
(convention, vacation, Christmas), retirement, taxes (IRS, Franchise
Tax).
EXPERIENCE
We are
actively recruiting newly licensed and experienced agents. Our
associates do not consider themselves competitors. We are all part
of a cohesive organization pulling in the same direction. Every
agent shares his or her knowledge and experience with the rest of
our team. We’ve worked very hard to develop the kind of real estate
company where agents feel comfortable and everyone considers
themselves as part of an extended family.
ROOM TO
WORK
Every
agent is assigned a desk with their own private telephone and
internet access. Two conference rooms, two private phone booths, a
training and meeting room. Online Transaction and Listing
Coordinator with an on site manager. LeadRouter® system that has
the ability to respond to online inquiries from any location, at any
time and within minutes! We have a 10-year client database that we
give our agents to generate additional leads. It’s very important
that our agents recognize that we live in an abundant world and that
there is truly enough for everyone to be successful.
FULL
TIME RECEPTIONISTS
No agent
floor time! We want you selling and listing homes, not answering
the telephone. Our receptionists work 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. during
the week and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the weekends. We telemarket
all sign calls and property inquiries from the past 10-years to find
motivated buyers and sellers. The broker manages and does not
compete with agents for generated leads.
